Though the size of the deal was not disclosed, the tenure is for five years that includes managing service components, it said.
The deal will help Malaysia Airlines to improve its aviation business processes, optimise fleet management and give advance updates on MRO and engineering matters, the statement said.
From the cockpit to the tarmac and the hangar, Malaysia Airlines engineering and MRO operations can now be integrated more effectively while corporate functions like human resources, payroll and optimisation can be streamlined, he said.
Built for the aviation sector, Ramco Aviation Suite caters to airlines, rotor wing operators, air cargo and third party MROs.
The solution helps aviation businesses bring in best practices into engineering and maintenance operations and reduce overhead costs, the statement added.
